I have a masters degree in exercise science with a concentration in performance enhancement and injury prevention to go along with years of training experience. My goal is to teach you the correct tools to help you achieve your fitness goals, whatever those may be and become a better version of yourself.
I am also a certified nutrition coach. My goal with nutrition coaching is to make a sustainable long term lifestyle, not hold you to a rigid plan. Think more behavioral interventions/modifications and less meal plans.
